Kyoto General Store is an online shop. We encourage you to enjoy your shoppng experience.
Pricing
All Kyoto General Store products are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD$). Postage and handling costs are added at check out.
Special Orders
If there is an item that you would like us to try and source for you, please send us an email outlining your request via our Contact Us page.
On Order items
If one of our stock items is not currently available, we will place it 'on order'.
Please check back to see when the new stock arrives or contact us and we can email you when the item arrives.
Payment
Kyoto General Store accepts payments via PayPal.
Order processing and delivery times
Once your payment is received, orders are processed within 5 business days. We use Australia Post to send all orders. Please see below for postage costs.
Postage and handling
We will post your order world wide. Postage and handling costs are not included in the product price and will be added at check out.
Returns
We will accept a return if the incorrect product was supplied. Please notify Kyoto General Store by email within 5 business days of receipt of your order.
All items must be in original packaging and condition. Please include your name, invoice number and details of your enquiry in this email.
NB: sale items are not able to be returned.
