We would like to make your shopping time as quick and easy as possible so have tried answer some of the most commonly asked questions below. If you would like further information or need to ask a different question, please contact us.
How much is delivery?

Can I place an order and have it delivered to another address?
Yes you can….such a lovely thought to send a gift. At check out please place your details in the customer section and then the recipients details in the ‘shipping address’ section.
We ask that you also leave a comment at checkout to let us know. We will post your invoice to you rather than to the gift recipient!
We can also can add a gift tag to your parcel. Please advise us at checkout if you have a special message that you would like us to include.
Will you deliver to PO Boxes?
All of our deliveries require a signature upon delivery, as a result we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. With exception of military postal PO boxes and mailbags.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes we do. The cost of delivery is $19.95 AUD.
When will my order be sent?
Once payment has been received, all orders will be processed within 3 working days.
I forgot to add an item to my order, can I add it after the order has been placed?
Yes, please contact us as soon as conveniently possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched it is a simple process to add an item to your order and make arrangements for appropriate payment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our delivery times do vary depending on your delivery location and parcel size. Please allow up to 7 days.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal. We also accept credit card payments which are processed through PayPal. You do not need be a PayPal account holder to complete payment via PayPal.
Does Kyoto General Store accept returns?
We will accept returns if the incorrect product was supplied.
Please notify Kyoto General Store by email within 5 business days of receipt of your order. Please include your name, invoice number and details of your enquiry in this email. All items must be returned in original packaging.
NB: We do not accept returns on sale items.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, all of our orders are gift wrapped for your pleasure.
